Priced on volume.
Never on protection.

Every tier gets the same encryption, the same seal and the same timestamp. What changes between them is how much you send — and cancelling never locks what you have already signed.

Prices are per account, not per seat. A ten-person company on Business pays $29 a month in total — the same team on DocuSign typically pays somewhere between $150 and $400.

Stop paying and you keep your documents

If you cancel or lapse, your vault stays readable. You can open every document you've already signed, download it, and export its audit trail — forever, on every tier, including the free one.

What stops is new activity: sending envelopes, vaulting new documents, creating new share links. What never stops is access to what you've already signed.

No competitor in this category can credibly make that promise, because for them the document is a file they already emailed you. Here the vault is the product — which is what makes the promise cost us something, and what makes it worth believing.

What's in each plan

The protection row is checked all the way across on purpose. Volume is what changes between tiers — never the cryptography.

An envelope is one document package sent for signature, however many signers it needs. Sending a contract to three people to countersign is one envelope, not three.

Why it's priced this way

We don't price the signing

The signing layer is a commodity — one credible competitor is open source and free forever. Charging for it would be charging for the part anyone can get elsewhere.

01

Encryption is never a paid feature

Free accounts get the same vault, the same seal, the same timestamp and the same certificate as Business. A privacy company selling security as an upgrade has already conceded its free users don't deserve it.

02

Envelopes, not seats

Per-seat pricing is what most people are leaving. Paid plans include their seats at no extra cost, and what's capped is the thing that actually scales with the value you get.

03

Storage is a ceiling, not a meter

Documents cost fractions of a cent to store, so billing by the gigabyte would read as greedy for what it is. It's a limit that grows with you rather than a line on an invoice.
